Well, he's a coward who's having trouble speaking English
English isn't his native tongue, Mobian Psuedo-French is. And it's not
so much that he has trouble with English; his English is actually
pretty good. It's just that he has an accent and interjects some
Psuedo-French into his speaking.
I'll bet Antoine has a Mobian mental disability or stress Mobian
mental disability since his childhood or having a new mental disability
gives him cowardice and clumsiness.
Since there's no evidence to support that, and it doesn't make any sense at all, I'm going to have to disagree with you.

around writes fan fiction. And I feel pretty safe saying they all
wouldn't write about this topic.

I take offense to that. I have ADD and that isn't politically correct. 
Alright I'm kidding.
Okay, seriously: ADHD and ADD do not equal mental retardation. If
you're going to use health reasons in your theories, please make sure
you're using the right ones. Any site such as WikiPedia to look up what you are talking about. Not that I didn't understand what you meant, but in the future, please do. Alright? ^^
And, I doubt Antoine has ADD/ADHD for the simple fact that the comics
are not realistic enough to have such problems in the characters.

Now on topic: No, I do not believe his character traits make him in any
way retarded or disabled. A lot of people are naturally more afraid of
things than others. It doesn't make them retarded. This is pretty much
unfounded speculation.
